Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your GRILLR account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what gets removed.

01Delete From Inside the App

The fastest way is directly in GRILLR:

  1. Open GRILLR and sign in
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.

02Delete by Email

If you can't access the app, email us at hello@grillr.io from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will process your request and confirm within 30 days.

03What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:

  • Your account and login credentials (email address)
  • Your profile information (such as your name)
  • All of your projects, plans, phases, notes, and tasks
  • Your usage history and settings

None of this data is retained after deletion. We do not keep backups of deleted accounts beyond any short-term, automated backups required to operate the service securely, which are themselves purged on a rolling basis.
