Refund Policy

You may cancel your free trial at any time before it ends. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged for the paid subscription that would otherwise begin after the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial will convert to the paid plan shown at sign-up and the payment method you provided will be charged. The trial length, price, billing frequency, and cancellation method are shown before you subscribe.

Payments for a paid billing period are non-refundable, including where you do not use GRILLR, use it only part of the month, or cancel after that period has started. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that applies under the law in your place of residence. If you believe you were charged in error or without authorization, contact us promptly at hello@grillr.io.

You can cancel your paid plan at any time through the cancellation controls in your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will normally keep access to the paid GRILLR benefits through the end of the current billing period, and no refund will be issued for the remaining days of that period.

We may send a reminder before your trial ends or a payment is due, where applicable. We are not responsible for a reminder not reaching you because the email address on your account was entered incorrectly, the message was filtered into spam or another folder, the mailbox rejected or blocked it, or the message was deleted or overlooked. You remain responsible for monitoring your trial end date, active plan, and billing status in your account.

A missed reminder does not change the billing terms shown at sign-up or your ability to cancel before the trial ends. We will not use this section to avoid obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
