Refund Policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026

This policy explains when you can cancel a GRILLR trial or subscription and when payments are refundable. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

01The free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment method is collected to start it, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that can be charged. When the 7 days end, the trial simply stops: your daily credits end, your account and your work remain, and you are free to leave without any payment.

02When billing begins

A free trial never converts into a paid subscription on its own. Billing begins only if you choose a paid plan after the trial and complete checkout yourself, entering your payment details at that point. The price, billing frequency, and cancellation method are shown before you subscribe.

03Refunds after billing

Payments for a paid billing period are non-refundable, including where you do not use GRILLR, use it only part of the month, or cancel after that period has started. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that applies under the law in your place of residence. If you believe you were charged in error or without authorization, contact us promptly at hello@grillr.io.

04Cancelling a paid plan

You can cancel your paid plan at any time through the cancellation controls in your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will normally keep access to the paid GRILLR benefits through the end of the current billing period, and no refund will be issued for the remaining days of that period.

05Trial and billing reminders

We may send a reminder before your trial ends or a payment is due, where applicable. We are not responsible for a reminder not reaching you because the email address on your account was entered incorrectly, the message was filtered into spam or another folder, the mailbox rejected or blocked it, or the message was deleted or overlooked. You remain responsible for monitoring your trial end date, active plan, and billing status in your account.

Because no payment method is taken for the free trial, a missed trial reminder cannot result in a charge. A missed reminder does not change the terms of any paid plan you later choose. We will not use this section to avoid obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

06Contact

Questions about a charge or cancellation? Email hello@grillr.io with the account email and relevant charge date. We may ask for details needed to locate the subscription and investigate.
