GRILLR is designed for first-time founders. If you are 18 or older, you may use the service freely. If you are under 18, you may use GRILLR only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian — and by using the service, you confirm that you have obtained that consent.

All content generated by GRILLR — including business plans, idea evaluations, task lists, scores, and feedback — is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, or any other form of professional advice. GRILLR is not a licensed advisor of any kind. You are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from your use of the service. Always consult a qualified professional before making any business, legal, or financial decision.

GRILLR is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GRILLR and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any harm arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.

You retain ownership of any original intellectual property rights in content you submit. By submitting content to GRILLR, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, store, process, and analyse your submitted content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the GRILLR service.

You agree not to use GRILLR for any unlawful purpose, to submit content that infringes third-party rights, to attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform, or to engage in harassment, spam, or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on GRILLR. You agree not to create, submit, upload, or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable, and not to use the service to abuse, harass, or harm any person.

If you encounter objectionable content (including AI-generated output) or abusive behaviour, please report it to hello@grillr.io. We review every report and take appropriate action — including removing content and suspending or permanently banning the responsible user — within 24 hours. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates this policy, at our sole discretion and without notice.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
