The C-Suite
Six executives that judge your work through their own lens.
On top of Grillr's single mentor voice sit six specialised executives. Each one judges work through a different lens, and every task in your plan is attributed to the exec whose lane it falls in.
- Growth (Chief Growth Officer) — distribution, acquisition channels, and real traction. Where are your next 100 users coming from?
- Product (Chief Product Officer) — what actually got shipped and whether it works. A plan to build is not a build.
- Sales (Chief Sales Officer) — revenue conversations with real humans. Names, not plans.
- Finance (Chief Financial Officer) — price, cost, margin, and whether anyone will pay.
- Marketing (Chief Marketing Officer) — positioning and creative that's actually live where your audience is.
- Operations (Chief Operating Officer) — the plumbing that makes a business real: legal setup, domains, payments, tools.
Switching execs
In any project chat you can switch from the blended Grillr voice to one specific exec when you want their point of view on your work. The exec adds their lens on top of the base voice — it never softens it.
Task attribution
Tasks are automatically tagged with the exec best suited to them based on what the work is. The grading bar never changes — the lens changes the questions asked, not the standard your proof is held to.
