Plan Generation

Grillr turns your discovery conversation into your Masterplan.

Once the discovery conversation is done, Grillr recaps everything it has learned and asks you to confirm it. Then you hit “Run the Masterplan” and it turns every fact you gave it — your idea, hours, budget, skills, and stage — into a concrete plan you can actually work through.

A sequence of phases

It generates a sequence of phases — each a meaningful chunk of work with an action title, a description, and a real calendar deadline — appearing as nodes on your canvas, connected by lines and flowing left to right.

Each phase is its own space

Every phase has its own dedicated chat, so when you open one, Grillr focuses entirely on that piece of work rather than the whole project at once.

Phases unlock as you go

You work through the plan in order. Completing a phase unlocks the next, so there's always one clear thing to focus on instead of an overwhelming to-do list.
