Check-ins are how Grillr keeps you honest. You set the rhythm during onboarding — daily or weekly — and Grillr holds you to it.

When one is due

When a check-in is due, Grillr asks before you can carry on with the project. There's no skipping past it — that's the point of accountability.

Report what you actually did

You tell Grillr what you've genuinely done since last time. It responds like a tough mentor: honest feedback, no cheerleading, and a clear instruction for what to do before next time.

Saved to your project

Every check-in is recorded, so you and Grillr both have a real history of the progress you've made — and the times you didn't.
